Unfortunately Sid, my experience with them has not been quite the same. I too have been with them for several years dating back. I used to be 100% happy with their service and support for years on end - until that fateful day I migrated to their (gs) Grid Service. Since then I have experienced intermittent latency, site/email downtime, slow mysql connectivity and inadequate customer support.

The worst part of this equation is that I am personally responsible for a large number of client sites that I recommended to host there and now am forced to spend a significant amount of time fielding calls and emails from unhappy clients asking me why their site is down/slow or email not working. I can only apologize so many times and now realize that it is time to move. On my way out the door, I will bring with me at least 70 client sites, so who knows, maybe yours and other's sites will suddenly experience an uptick in better response times since their load balancing is obviously one of the issues over there.

Hopefully this once great company will figure things out.

Cheers and thanks for provided a forum of sorts for this comment to be read.
