I’m going to disable comment protect this week. why? well after looking at the amount of comment subscriptions i’m begaining to think it’s higher than feed views due to comment submission. so we’ll see if that because of bots, or to much protection (oxymoron ).

I’m going to disable comment protect this week. why? well after looking at the amount of comment subscriptions i’m begaining to think it’s higher than feed views due to comment submission. so we’ll see if that because of bots, or to much protection (oxymoron ).
right now i have spam bam, bad behavior, and Akismet running
to date i have no idea how many comments spam bam has stopped (no config)
bad behavior says its stopped 1041 in last 7 days, and akismet is at 124
I’ll update as i disable them
