Plugins for Pidgin (the IM client formerly known as Gaim) that update the status message to show the currently playing track, somehow getting it from your music player. Found so far, in what I think is the descending order of something no particular order:

this is old news, Just realized i’ve never mentioned simple viewer.
simple viewer is a flash gallery system. I’ve used it for a number of projects (actually using it now) and it allows for dynamic content / config.

Hopefullly others will help. i’m trying to get a list on professional / corporate, or mid to large size sites currently using wordpress. drupal has plenty of lists. but i’m mostly only finding lists of blogs that use wp, or design company’s that talk about making your wordpress site.
